Waverider offers a variety of vacation rental packages to enjoy: either a traditional vacation rental booking can be made for a single booking that aligns with specific dates, or you can utilize our Flex Vacation Program that offers a 15-day or 30-day package that can be utilized for bookings of your choice over a two year period with up to 6 months advance booking.

Waverider Vacation Rentals

The Waverider Collection is available for public bookings on a daily rate basis (min. 4 / max. 20). See RATES. All locations are available 6-months out with a 33% discount on all published rates for short-notice bookings (made less than 3 weeks in advance). Waverider Member-Owners reserve exclusive use to prime holiday periods of Christmas-New Years / President’s Week / Easter / Independence Day.

The Waverider Flex Vacation Program

Designed to offer excellent value and the ability to book vacation periods as your schedule permits over the next two years. The Flex Vacation Program offers a 15-day or 30-day package that allows guests to book time at our Waverider residences based on the same usage model as Waverider's Member-Owners (see the Waverider Usage Calendar for weighting of days)

15-Day Flex Package Fee:	$6,750 ($450/day package price)
30-day Flex Package Fee:	$12,000 ($400/day package price)

Base Rates – Super Tubes Suite: $225/day, The Point Suite: $175/day, Tubes Suite: $150/day.

All rates are US Dollars per day. Long term booking discounts are available (8 days or longer)
Deposits – all bookings are confirmed when a 50% booking deposit is received and confirmation notice is sent. An additional security/damage deposit of $500.00 is due upon check-in and refundable after inspection of home and premises at departure.
Cancellation Policy – Full refund, less $30 handling fee upon 30 days notice for most daily rentals. Reservations for Special Events, Major Holidays and stays of over 7 days require 60 days notice, less a $200 handling fee. If cancellation occurs within the 30-day or 60-day cancellation period, whichever applies, the entire stay is non-refundable.

Exception to above – Deposits will be refunded for any cancellation in full if another booking is made for that same period of the original booking and the fees received exceed the deposit fee received for the original booking, less a $200 handling fee.
